ARTICLE I
NAME
Section 1.
This Corporation shall be known as the FEDERATION OF INDIAN CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE (PHILS.), INC.
ARTICLE II
OFFICES
Section 1.
The principal office of the Federation shall be located in Metropolitan Manila and provincial chapters and/or liaison offices as may be established elsewhere in the Philippines outside of Metropolitan Manila.
Section 2.
Provincial Chapters of the Federation consisting of at least five (5) active members may be established in any city, municipality or province of the Philippines, provided it is undertaken within the guidelines established by the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE III
CORPORATE SEAL
Section 1.
The corporate seal of the Federation shall consist of a circular design on which is inscribed the name of the corporation and the year 1951.
