AMENDMENTS
Section 1.
This By-laws may be amended or repealed by the majority vote of the total number of members of the Federation in a regular or special meeting called for the purpose, and by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. Provided however that the proposed amendments are circularized to all members at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting and all members are given the opportunity to deliberate on the said proposed amendments.
