Guidelines / Process on how to become a Member
Any Indian Citizen or Individual of Indian Origin legally admitted into the Philippines as a resident, residing in the Philippines and having a gainful profession engaged in business or retired.
1. Fill up the Application Form which you can download from this page or procure from the FICCI Secretariat. To Download the FICCI Membership Application Form please click here
2. Secure Sponsorship from 2 Active Members and have them sign the 1st page of your Application Form
3. Submit the Documentary Requirements together with the Application Form to the FICCI Office (c/o FICCI Secretariat).
Documentary Requirements are as follows:
- Check representing payment of entrance fee and annual membership dues. Please make your check payable to Federa tion of Indian Chambers of Commerce (Phil) Inc.
- Xerox copy of SEC / Articles of Incorporation.
- Xerox copy of Business Registration (Partnership / Proprietorship).
- Xerox copy ACR, ICR for Official & Alternate Representative(s) or Naturalization papers if naturalized.
- One passport size photo of Official & Alternate Representative(s).
- Xerox copy of Passport of Official & Alternate Representative(s).
- Company Logo & Company Profile
- List of members for Chapter Member only
4. Await for Confirmation from the Secretariat of approval of your Membership Request by the FICCI Board of Directors.
