The FICCI provides the following services to its members:

 

IMMIGRATION SERVICES

  1. Endorsement for Tourist Visa to Philippine Consulate in New Delhi, India
    • Requirements:
      1. Letter of sponsorship from the member
      2. Clear photocopy of the passenger’s passport
  2. Pre Approved Visa Upon Arrival
    • Requirements:
      1. Clear photocopy of passenger’s passport
      2. Clear copy of flight Itinerary or E Ticket (with arrival and departure details)
      3. Clear Photocopy of [Local Sponsor] Company’s SEC Registration or DTI Registration
      4. Letter of sponsorship from the member
      5. Sponsor’s guarantee letter

NOTE: Format of Sponsorship & Guarantee letter may be obtained from the FICCI office.

NATURALIZATION SERVICES

The following Criteria is to be fulfilled by those who apply to acquire Filipino Citizenship thru Naturalization:

 

LISTS OF DOCUMENTATARY REQUIREMENTS FOR NATURALIZATION UNDER R.A 9139

  • Authenticated copy of Birth certificate of Petitioner (NSO);
  • Certified true copy of petitioner’s alien certificate of registration (ACR);
  • Certified true copy of petitioner’s native-born certificate of residence (NBCR) or I-CARD (Certified true copy by Brue of Immigration )
  • Authenticated copy of petitioner’s marriage certificate, if married;
  • Certified true copy of Court decree annulling his/her marriage or granting legal separation , if such was the fact;
  • Authenticated Birth certificates of petitioner’s minor children;
  • Certified true copy of ACR’s of petitioner’s minor children;
  • Certified true copy of NBCR’s of petitioner’s minor children;
  • Duly notarized Affidavits of financial capacity by the petitioner, duly supported by bank certifications, passbooks, stock certificates, or proof of ownership of other properties;
  • Duly notarized Affidavits of at least two (2) credible witness who must be Filipino citizens of good reputation in petitioner’s place of residence;
  • Medical certificate from a government hospital starting the petitioner is interviewed by Psychiatrist and is not suffering from mental alienation or is a user of prohibited drugs or otherwise a drug dependent and that he/she is not afflicted with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), or any incurable contagious disease;
  • Laboratory Results
  • Certified true copy with school zeal of Diploma and transcript of records of the petitioner from school/s he or she attended in the Philippines;
  • Certified true copy with school zeal of Diploma and transcript of records and Certifications stating that petitioner’s minor children are enrolled in public schools or private educational institutions duly recognized by the DECS, where Philippine history, government and civics are taught and prescribed as part of the school curriculum and where enrollment is not limited to any race of nationality;
  • Petitioner’s income tax returns for the past three (3) years;
  • Petitioner’s receipts of payment of income tax for the past three years.
  • NBI Clearance
  • Police Clearance
  • Court Clearance
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Passport size picture w/ royal Blue Background (7 pcs.)

 

Breakdown of Naturalization Fees:

  • Php 1,000.00 Application Fee

  • Php 39,000.00 Filing/Docketing fee (2 Managers check – Php 19,500.00 each Check)

Managers Check Payable to: Office of the Solicitor General – SCN

  • Php 100,000.00 Oath-taking / Naturalization fee

TOTAL

  • Php 140,000.00 Total amount payable to OSG-SGN

Publication Fees:

  • Ranging approximately from Php 30,000.00 to Php 60,000.00 depending on the result of raffle.
    1 issue / week for 3 consecutive weeks
    (Publication is mandatory to be paid directly to the accredited Publishing Company)
